Urban Garden Collective turns vacant land into garden for Lentil As Anything

Urban Garden Collective have just launched a project to turn a patch of vacant land near Bell Railway Station in Preston, Australia, into a really large urban garden. The garden will be big enough to grow food for the famous "pay as you feel" Lentil as Anything restaurants, as well as providing food for a weekly farmer's market. Urban Garden Collective are also going to set up this new garden as a "permanent arts space, music space and a workshop space".
